Project CASE officers issue 18 charges to local licensed establishments

Project CASE (Community Alcohol Safety and Enforcement) was an OACP province wide initiative that was conducted from Sept 24 to Sept 30th.

On Sept 19th the Alcohol and Gaming inspector and the North Bay Police conducted educational meetings with several local licensed establishments.

The project enforcement aspect was conducted the following week.

There were 43 licensed premises checks that resulted in 7 liquor licence act charges, 3 evictions, and 8 reports being submitted by the Alcohol and Gaming Inspector.
