Domestic violence stats for the week ending September 11th

Over the week of Sept 4th to the 11th the North Bay Police responded to 38 domestic related occurrences that resulted in 10 men and 1 woman being charged with a total of 16 offences.
Charges against the males include 5 counts of assault, 2 counts of mischief, 3 counts of threatening, 4 counts of breach of probation and 1 count of criminal harassment.
Four of the men were released on conditions with a court date, and 6 men were held for bail hearings.
The woman was charged with one count of breach of a recognizance and held for a bail hearing.
