Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli is urging grade 7 and 8 students in Nipissing to consider taking part in the Ontario Legislative Page Program.

Students from across Ontario are selected each session to serve parliament, meet key parliamentary figures and learn about the legislative process.

The program provides a unique educational experience for high-achieving, communityinvolved students.

There are two intake periods each year. The next recruitment period runs from September 15 to November 15.

Eligible students are encouraged to apply online via the Legislative Assembly website at www.ontla.on.ca.

Additional material which explains the program in more detail is also available at the North Bay constituency office.

“I hope eligible students in our riding will seriously consider applying to this unique and prestigious program,” said Fedeli.
