Thieves take thrift store safe during B&E

Between the 1st and the 4th Sept the Thrift Shop on McIntyre St was entered and a safe taken.

The safe was 1.5ft X 1.5ft and was bolted to a shelf. Thieves removed the shelf with the safe.

The safe contained a minimal amount of cash.

Cst Penny Kerr is investigating.

Duh...the only thrift store on that street is the salvation army,why not just say it??anyhow, stealing from that sally anne,thats pretty sad anyone stooping to that level.
