Humane Society introduces their 2013 fundraising calendar

The North Bay & District Humane Society is excited to introduce it's new, locally produced "Fundraiser Calendar".

The calendar was designed and printed in North Bay, and features animals that found their forever homes through the Humane Society.

Each page contains a beautiful picture of a cat or dog, courtesy of Vanda Tetreault Photography.

Our community supported the project through page-sponsorship and donated prizes.

The calendar is more than just visual reminder of what the North Bay & District Humane society does; it will also bring in revenue that will allow us to continue helping our furry friends in the coming year.

Available for $20 each, the 2013 Calendars all contain a unique prize number clearly printed on each copy.

Every month throughout 2013, supporters will be able to check the Society's Facebook page and see if they are the winner of that month's prize.

With monthly tips for pet owners, and a brief background story on the featured pets, these new calendars will be great for animal lovers.

They are expected to be available in time for our annual Paws-A-Thon event on September 8th.

They'll also make a great Christmas gift.
