Sometime between Aug 19th and Aug 21st 60 trees at Belleview Park on McGibbon St were damaged.
The trees were snapped in half and some had the bark peeled.
Ten trees were 3 yrs old and the other 25 had been planted this past spring.
The costs to the city to replace them is $5,000.
Cst Gerry Martin is investigating.
