Victim assaulted during home robbery

At 10:30 pm on the 29th July two young men were playing video games in a Lakeshore Dr apartment when a man wearing a ski mask and carrying a wood baton walked into the residence through the unlocked door.

He struck one of the players in the face with the baton and told the other to put the Xbox and accessories in his backpack.

He demanded their wallets but they didn’t have any so he left.

The victim that was struck required medical treatment for minor injuries.

The suspect is described as; male, 5’9” to 5’10”, skinny build, black hair, wearing a black ski mask, black sweater, dark coloured pants, carrying a black backpack and a dark coloured wood baton.
