Charles St, woman charged with assault police

At 9:00 am on 15th July police received a report of a woman breaching the condition of a recognizance.

The woman was located at 9:50 pm at a Charles St address but when the officer was making the arrest, she bit the officer on the left forearm.

Brenda Bowker 62 yrs of Charles St was charged with breach of recognizance and assault police. She has been held in custody for a bail hearing.
