Car alarm stops thieves

At approximately 4:24 a.m. on the 28th of June a car alarm was activated after two suspects attempted to enter a vehicle in the area of Dane Ave.

The suspects fled the immediate area on foot and are believed to have left the area in a vehicle that was parked a short distance away.

Cst Dan Weber is investigating.

The public is reminded to lock their vehicles and to ensure personal belongings are not in plain view.
