Arrest made in carjacking case

The North Bay Police carjacking investigation has been concluded.

Ryan Pinel Gaulin 28yrs of no fixed address has been charged in North Bay for kidnapping, utter threats to cause death or bodily harm, and 2 counts of robbery with a weapon.

He is presently in the Sudbury Jail on offences in Sudbury.

A request will be made to have him returned to North Bay to answer to our charges. Det/Cst Fernando Cirullo is investigating.
