Near North Mobile Media Lab announces summer camp programming for 2012.

This year both camps will run from July 9-13th, from 10am-4pm at Nipissing University.

Filmmaking Bootcamp
Ages 11-15
Max 10 Campers
$150

Campers will learn the basics of video production by utilizing the foundation of filmmaking:

teamwork! From storyboard and script, each participant in the group will get a chance to try their hand at a difference position on set.

Post production wraps up in the editing room, but not until campers have created their very own original soundtracks.

Campers will screen their work for friends and family and go home with a DVD copy.

Animation Creation!
Ages 8-12
Max 15 Campers
$150


Our popular animation program is back for another year of imagination and fun.

Participants will learn how to create their very own stop-motion animation film using clay, paper, paint, recycled materials and anything else they can bring to life!

Groups will work from story development to the rolling credits and walk away with a DVD copy of their finished work.

Parents and friends are also invited to attend the end of week world premiere with the Filmmaking Bootcamp films.
