Hwy 17 at Mattawa closed Update

Mattawa OPP advise motorists that as of 9:05pm Hwy 17 at Mattawa is open to Light Traffic only. OPP say the highway is still closed to \tractor trailers, buses, etc.

Mattawa OPP advise motorists that as of 3:30pm Hwy 17 at Mattawa is closed due to a fatal single motor vehicle collision on Hwy 17 at Mackey, Ontario.

Mackey is 10 kilometres west of Rolphton.

At this time there is no detour available and the estimated duration of road closure is unknown .
