If you have zombie swagger then Preposthumous Productions and area writer/director Lewis Hodgson wants you.
If you have zombie swagger then Preposthumous Productions and area writer/director Lewis Hodgson wants you.

Hodgson is currently working on a short film that needs zombies for a few hours at the Tim Hortons in Burk’s Falls starting at 7 pm on Tuesday May 15th.

“We’re just trying to drum up interest to see if anyone wants to zombie around the parking lot a little bit.”

Hodgson says there is no need to put on your best zombie face as extras will be filmed from behind as the zombies move in on the coffee shop.

Hodgson says ‘Morning Zombies’ is about a group of coffee shop employees who make a last stand against a horde of zombies.

For folks wanting to participate in this outdoor scene they should show up at 6:30pm dressed in their everyday work clothes.

The rest of the film, which will have a run time of 8 to 10 minutes with a twist at the end, will be shot in the Bay.

“There is a Coffee Time that isn’t open 24 hours and for us to come in and take over the interior of Tim Hortons is just not going to happen,” he said.

There is a call for 10 background extras for the Coffee Time shoot on May 26th.

Anyone interested in participating can call Kate @ 705-495-6492 or email [email protected].
