OPP seek public’s help locating a Federal Offender

TORONTO – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a Federal Offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of Parole.

This offender is serving a 1 year and 7 month sentence for Criminal Harassment and 2 counts of Breach of his Long Term Supervision.

The offender was originally serving a 2 year 6 months for Break Enter and Commit Sexual Assault and Sexual Assault with a Weapon for offences committed in the City of London Ontario in June of 2004.

Kenneth Froude is described as a 44 year old male, 5’11 (180 cm’s), 152 lbs, (69 kgs), with brown eyes and greying hair.

The offender is known to frequent the London and Greater Toronto area, as well as the northern Ontario communities of Iroquois Falls and Timmins.
