Trojans were at war Wednesday, March 29th battling for charity during the fourth annual dodge ball tournament.

Teams of 10 played for $20 to take part in the tournament while the student body paid $1 each to take a break from class watch the fun and support the cause.

Fearless dodge ballers took to the court eyeing up opponents, even including taking on a celebrity team that included North Bay Mayor Al McDonald, Powassan Mayor Peter McLassac and Greg Williams of The Fox radio station, to win bragging rights.

In the end only one team was left standing, this year’s dodge ball kings are The Swag Squad.

The event as well as a recent dressed down day raised $1, 011 to buy needed supplies for the North Bay District Humane Society.

The event had many Crown winning moments from the staff and students of West Ferris Secondary, the student council who organized the successful event, the celebrity team and student players and of course; the Swag Squad.
