Port Loring man charged with trafficking

At 9:00 pm 03 Apr North Bay Police responded to complaints of a person offering methamphetamine (speed) for sale at Wyld St at Oak St.

Upon arrival a person fitting the description ran, but was apprehended after a short foot chase. A baggie containing a few pills believed to be methamphetamine and a substance believed to be marijuana was located.

James Martin 34 years of Port Loring has been charged with trafficking, possession of marijuana and 2 counts of breach of probation.

He has been held in custody for a bail hearing.
