To celebrate the beauty, sanctity, necessity and protection of our water, Greening Nipissing is partnering with North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority Drinking Water Source Protection to host a free to the public World Water Day Festival on Saturday, March 24th in North Bay.

Dale D’Allaire, NBMCA naturalist, and Greening Nipissing will guide a free walk down Chippewa Creek to Lake Nipissing from 10am to noon.

People may meet at 10am at Memorial Gardens front doors.

There is a festival with art, music, vendors, door prizes, interactive activities for children and workshops in the gymnasium of St.

Andrews United Church, 399 Cassells St. from 1pm until 4pm.

We would like to thank the Ontario Trillium Foundation for making this presentation possible.

Greening Nipissing is a charitable environmental organization that welcomes support from the community.
