Police seeking public's help finding missing patients Update

At approximately 1:09 P.M. on this date, the second patient (Keenan Gary Twance) was located.

Cst Dagg and Cst Ethier, of the North Bay Police Service, located the missing male, at a local residence, and he was returned to hospital without incident.

We would like to thank all citizens and our media partners for their assistance.

One of the missing patients missing from the North Bay Regional health Centre has returned.

Keenan Gary Twance 52yrs is still outstanding.

Two involuntary patients of the Northeast Regional Health Centre have gone missing.

They were last seen together at 7:30 pm on the 18th Mar after receiving a one hour pass.

Keenan Gary Twance is described as; male, native, 52 yrs, 171 cm, 85kg, dark grey shoulder length hair, wearing a black grey and white checkered coat, and blue jeans.

Keith Wheesk, male, native, 21yrs, 188cm, 68.4kg, short dark hair, wearing an olive green sweatshirt.

Anyone who sees these persons is asked to call their local police agency.

Cst Greg Dix is investigating.
