Supporting economic development in Nipissing

Ontario is helping to build a stronger and more diverse northern economy while creating 33 jobs in the Nipissing area.

The province is supporting 11 entrepreneurs and business owners who will boost the local economy by creating new or expanding businesses. This will help attract and retain a new generation of workers to the area.

Investing in Northern Ontario’s communities is part of the McGuinty government’s plan to grow the economy of the future by creating good jobs for families in the face of global economic uncertainty.
