Woman charged with 7 counts of theft

At 5:40 pm on the 10th Mar North Bay Police attended Northgate Square where they took custody of a woman that had been arrested by security.

It was alleged that she had kicked a security guard in the face and a search found stolen property from 7 different stores.

Kyla Martin 28yrs of No Fixed Address was charged with 7 counts of theft under, assault, fraud under, and breach of undertaking. She was held in custody for a bail hearing Cst Steve Chabbert is investigating.
