On Friday between 9AM and 8PM there were 16 vehicle collisions in the city.
Thirteen of the collisions occurred in a 3 hour period between 3:23pm and 6:14pm.
These collisions coincide with the heavy snowfall on Friday and the volume of traffic on the afternoon commute.
