This week city politicians paid a visit to Nipissing University this week to check in and learn how the university is moving forward with student engagement and innovation in teaching and learning.
MP Jay Aspin, MPP Victor Fedeli and North Bay Mayor Al McDonald toured Nipissing’s Office of Aboriginal Initiatives, the Aquatic Zoology lab, and the Centre for Flexible Teaching and Learning (CFTL).
They each learned first-hand how a number of programs and services are helping students succeed in their post-secondary careers.
