Second annual Zumbathon for Autism a hit

Saturday January 21st saw the local chapter of Autism Ontario host their second annual Zumbathon for Autism at the One Kids Place Gymnasium.

Over 35 participants zumba'd for 3 hours and in the end a little over $1000 was raised.

All of these funds stay within our community and assist the local chapter in providing programming for children, youth, teens and young adults that have Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The organizers would like to thank the local media for excellent coverage of this event, One Kids Place for their assistance in hosting, Our three instructor's who donated their time and energy, Chapter Manager Kelli Pace for her tireless dedication to this and all Autism Ontario programs, and most importantly all those who participated in this fun filled event.
