At 10:30AM on 17 Jan a 50yr old North Bay woman was arrested and charged with bigamy.
It is alleged that she married a man approximately 25 yrs ago, was separated but never divorced.
She married another man in 2008.
She is to appear in court on 28th Feb.
Cst Fernando Cirullo is investigating.
