Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli is asking for constituents to consider nominating outstanding educators and support staff in our area for the Premier’s Awards for Teaching Excellence.
To date, a total of 126 recipients have been honoured and there are two new awards being introduced this year to recognize the unique role registered early childhood educators play in helping young students -- the Early Childhood Educator of the Year and Full-Day Kindergarten Team of the Year awards.
The nomination deadline for this year is February 6.
“This is a perfect way to recognize the excellent work being done by so many teachers, childhood educators and support staff in our local schools who make a difference in young children’s lives every day,” said Fedeli.
