Cold wind chills this morning.

==discussion==

cold Arctic air is being ushered into Northeastern Ontario in advance of a high pressure ridge approaching from the west.

Northerly winds of 15 to 20 km/h combined with the cold air massAre resulting in wind chill values in the minus 30 to minus 39 range in many areas this morning.

Exposed skin may freeze in as little as 10 to 30 minutes, so caution is advised if outdoors.

Wind chills will improve this morning as the temperature rises and winds diminish with the approaching ridge.
