Sprucedale man arrested for having over 80 milligrams of alcohol

MCMURRICH/MONTEITH, TWP - On Saturday December 24, 2011 at approximately 2:00am police were conducting a R.I.D.E. (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) program on Stisted Road, McMurrich/Monteith Township.

The driver of a 2001 Ford pickup truck stopped at the R.I.D.E program and was subsequently arrested for having more than 80 milligrams of alcohol.

Eric MILLIGAN (28) of McMurrich/Monteith Township was charged and released with: Exceeding 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content, contrary to Criminal Code of Canada.

MILLIGAN will be attending Court in Sundridge, Ontario on February 14, 2012
