Can-Do Kids deliver the true meaning of Christmas

The gymnasium at one Kids Place was transformed on Wednesday night and the true meaning of Christmas was evident at the Can-Do Kids Theatre production of "A Charlie Brown Christmas", sponsored by Autism Ontario North Bay and Area chapter.

The troupe of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down Syndrome and their siblings and friends sang, danced and delighted the capacity crowd of parents, grandparents, friends, teachers and supporters, including Mayor Al McDonald and Wendy Abdallah.

The proceeds from the play went to benefit the Callander Food Bank and the Autism Ontario chapter.

Can-Do Kids Theatre and Autism Ontario North Bay and Area would like to thank the community for their overwhelming support.
