Orillia man charged with having over 80 miligrams of alcohol

KEARNEY - On Thursday December 1, 2011 at 10:20pm police from the Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police were patrolling in the Town of Kearney. An Officer stopped the driver of a 2008 GMC Savannah and subsequently arrested and charged the driver for having over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milliltres of blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

Kevin DRAPER (46) of Orillia, Ontario was released from police custody and will appear in Sundrige Court on Tuesday January 3, 2012.
