Trout Creek man charged for the production of marihuana

POWASSAN – On September 13, 2011, joint investigation with members of the Drug Enforcement Unit and North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) resulted in charges of Production Schedule II (cannabis marihuana) as per s. 7(1) of the Controlled Drug and Substance Act (CDSA) and with Possession Schedule II Cannabis Marihuana - under 30grams as per s. 4(1) of the CDSA for Andrew LANG, 52 years old of Trout Creek.

He is scheduled to appear in North Bay for court on October 18, 2011.
