At 4 a.m. 28 Aug North Bay Police responded to an alarm at the Royal Canadian Legion on 1st Av W. A search of the building located a man in the bar area.

A 19 year old Oakwood Ave. man was arrested and charged with Break, Enter and Commit. He is to appear in court on 11 Oct 2011. Cst Kris Corbeil is investigating.
