Police conducting Radar Timing Exercises, on McKeown Avenue in North Bay, August 21st have charged a 25-year-old male with Performing Stunt Driving by speeding at 102 kph in a posted 50 kph zone.

As a result of this driving at 11:52 am on McKeown Avenue, the suspect’s mother’s vehicle has been seized and impounded for 7-days.

The suspect has also been suspended from driving for 7-days, in addition to the stunt driving charge. There is no out-of-court settlement for the charge therefor the suspect will be attending Provincial Offences Court on October 07, 2011 in answer to the charges.
