Main St. man charged with assault with a weapon

At 4:00AM 16th July two men were on a rooftop at Main St and Ferguson St shooting paintball guns at passersby and vehicles.

One male was arrested and a second male is being sought by police.

Cody Lamb 22yrs of Main St was charged with Assault with a Weapon, Mischief, and Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to the Public Peace. He is to appear in court on Aug 11th 2011.

Cst Sue Solman is investigating.
