Choral Society gives some Hope2Kenya

Shelly Price (left) presents a cheque on behalf of the North Bay Choral Society for $2,100 to Sandy Foster of the Hope2Kenya charity. Foster and her team will be heading to Kenya this September.

The charity provides "a hand up not a hand out" by setting widows up in micro businesses. The team also builds schools, purchases uniforms for children to attend school, puts in wells, and provides medical assistance where it is needed.

The Choral Society donated 25% of ticket sales from their spring concert.
