On 9th July at 2:00AM responded to a call of a man going through vehicles on Fourth Ave. A man was located exiting a backyard on Fourth Av.
Justin Deveau 23yrs of Wickstead Ave was arrested and charged with Attempt Theft, Trespass by Night, and Breach of Undertaking.
He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
