Third Ave man arrested for break, enter and theft

On 7th July at 8:20PM North Bay Police responded to a report of a Break and Enter in progress at a King St residence.

It was alleged that a male person had entered the residence through a basement window and was observed leaving with a laptop computer.

Christopher Andrews 40yrs of Third Ave was arrested nearby and charged with Break Enter and Theft. He is to appear in court Aug 23 2011.

Csts Sue Solman and Ken Ayres are investigating.
