An off road ATV incident at 5:10 PM July 2nd resulted in a 46 yr old Callander man being taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Robert Cobb was northbound on the Trans Canada trail near Hart Road and Mcdonald when he was bounced off a three wheel ATV.
Charges have been laid under the Off Road Vehicles Act.
Cst Chris Marshall is investigating.
