Two men have been fined a total of $1,250 for illegal deer hunting.

Terrance Wice of Arnstein was fined $750 for unlawfully using a game seal issued to another person and Gary Driver of Mississauga was fined $500 for unlawfully making his game seal available for another person to use. The deer was forfeited to the Crown.

In November 2010, the two men were hunting together in the Arnstein area. Following that hunt, Driver returned home leaving his deer game seal at Wice’s residence for him to use. In December 2010, Wice killed a deer and affixed Driver’s seal to it.
