Looking for something fun for the kids to do on the April 11 Professional Development Day? Register your six to ten year old for an Environmental Day Camp offered by the North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority (NBMCA).

The PD day camps are designed for elementary school students based on the NBMCA's successful March Break and Summer Environmental Camp Programs. Registrations now being accepted for the Camp which runs from 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m. Space is limited, therefore it is recommended to register early.

"During Enviro Camp the kids learn about the natural treasures surrounding us, developing knowledge they'll be able to use in years to come," explains Dale D'Allaire, NBMCA's Naturalist.

Children will participate in a variety of environmentally based indoor and outdoor activities including nature studies, crafts and games. A pizza lunch is included in the $32.00 camp fee. The public is asked to contact Dale D'Allaire at the North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority at (705) 474-5420 for more information or to register.
