International news reports this morning indicate that Hollywood legend actress Elizabeth Taylor has died.
The Oscar Award winning actress died in a Los Angeles hospital where she was being treated for congestive heart failure.
She was 79.
Born in London, England, on February 27, 1932 Taylor was considered one of the great actresses of Hollywood's golden age. The American Film Institute named Taylor seventh on its Female Legends list.
Taylor was also named a Dame of the British Empire by Queen Elizabeth II December 31, 1999.
