Two adults arrested for parental abduction

On 5th Feb Information from the Montreal Police Service was received that an adult female and an adult male were arrestable for abduction.

This couple was located at a local North Bay motel in the company of 2 children belonging to the adult female. It was alleged that they had fled the province of Quebec and intended to fly to India to deprive the biological father access.

The adults were arrested and held in custody for return to Montreal. The C.A.S. took custody of the children. Csts Henry ONeil, Dan Shepstone, and Richard Hampel are investigating.
