On 15th Jan North Bay Police entered into the investigation of a theft of a Percocet Medication.
On the 16th Jan the complainant, Patrick Stewart 18 years of Manitou St was charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking. It is alleged that the Percocet were being sold and not stolen.
He is held in custody for a bail hearing.
Cst Roger Drolet is investigating.
