City police thank local ladies for their continued support

The North Bay Police Service would like to publically thank 3 ladies who devote much of their spare time knitting garments for needy children.

Every year at Christmas these ladies contact The North Bay Police Community Programs section to facilitate the pickup and distribution to North Bay Agencies and programs.

This year there are over 55 separate gifts including sweaters and sweater sets with bonnets and mitts. This is only possible because of the hard work and generosity of Muriel Jean of North Bay, Jean Ouellette of North Bay and Lauren Ryan of Callander.
