At 2:30 AM on the 11th a verbal Altercation took place between 2 males. One of them fell down because of his intoxicated state. The other male punched him while he was on the ground causing facial damage to the victim.
Taylor Porter 19yrs of New Liskeard is charged with Assault Cause Bodily Harm. He is to appear in court 25thJan 2011.
