Fake bills circulating in the city

The North Bay Police Service is investigating 2 incidents of fraud where $100.00 bills were passed at local businesses and after the the buyer left, the bills were found to be movie props.

The bills were passed by the same female in both cases.

She is described as; 5’2” blonde 45to 50 yrs old, med build. The North Bay Police wish to remind businesses that at this time of year, thieves try to take advantage of busy clerks and extra care should be taken when accepting any large bills.
