North Bay fire crews responded to a fire and explosion at the Goodyear building on Booth Road early Tuesday morning.
Fire crews responded to the call just after 1am and reports indicate they arrived to find smoke in the building with the fire contained to a piece of equipment. The building was completely evacuated.
There were no injuries and damages have not been determined.
The Ontario Fire Marshall has been called in to investigate.
