Laurentian Ski Hill is ready to meet the skiing and boarding needs of area residents this 2010/11 downhill season.

“This is going to be a fabulous year,” said Kathy Wilcox, President, Laurentian Ski Hill and Snowboarding Club. “All the hard work and preparations are paying off and we have some exciting changes taking place.”

The Laurentian Ski Hill Board of Directors is pleased to announce Trish Pecore as the new acting General Manager.

“Trish previously held the position of Outdoor Operations Manager, and brings years of experience and knowledge to her new position. We couldn’t be happier that Trish will be at the helm”, Wilcox said.

The Board is also pleased to announce Bryn Perry has joined the team, taking on the responsibility of Snow School Director.

“Bryn has an extensive background in snow school programs from around the world, and is eager to share his ideas with our young skiers and snowboarders”, offered Wilcox.

Laurentian Ski Hill opens for the season on December 18, 2010 offering a variety of options for day pass and season pass holders. “ Laurentian Ski Hill is open 23 hours a week outside of school hours and is an excellent way for kids, and indeed the entire family, to enjoy the out doors this winter season”, said Wilcox.
