Gordon Dr. man resists arrest

At 6:11 30Oct North Bay Police attended a Ski Club Rd address where they found a man attempting to force the door open.

When the officers tried to arrest him, he resisted and had to be physically subdued and handcuffed.

Corey Rice 20yrs of Gordon Dr. is charged with Attempt Break and Enter and Assault with Intent to Resist Arrest.

He is to appear in court on 21st Dec 2010. Cst Scott Buchanan is investigating.
