Ferguson St. man charged with possession of a weapon dangerous

On the 05th Sept. at approximately 12:30 PM Csts Chris Marshall and Scott Buchanan attended a Disturbance call at a Hwy11 N residence.

Upon arrival the officers found a male person being restrained by friends. Investigation revealed that a male person had been out of control and used a hammer to smash a window while threatening the residents inside.

Marcus Schmidt 23yrs of Ferguson St. is charged with Mischief and Possession of a Weapon Dangerous.

He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
