Hornepayne woman charged with assault with a weapon

At 2:30 AM on 28Sept. an unknown female followed some women home to a McIntyre E address. She helped herself to a beer in the backyard and was subsequently asked her to leave. She threw the beer bottle at the resident’s head, punched her in the face then punched a second person in the face.

Cst’s Ashley St John and Chris Marshall attended and arrested the subject.

Victoria Shaganash 21yrs of Hornepayne Ont. is charged with Assault with a Weapon, and 2 counts of Assault.

She was held in custody for a bail hearing.
